Strong Minds Don’t Gossip — They Build

If there’s no “I” in it, it’s not yours.

Ask yourself:

– Was I there?

– Does this involve me?

– Is this my story?

If the answer’s no, leave it.

Because gossip isn’t strength — it’s weakness dressed up as connection. It feels powerful in the moment, but it empties you out. And here's the truth: if someone brings you gossip, they’ll carry yours out the door next.

Socrates said it straight: Weak minds discuss people. Average minds discuss events. Strong minds discuss ideas.

So, what’s your mind discussing?

The people who are actually doing something with their life don’t have the time or the need to sit around talking about someone else’s. They’re too busy creating their own.

And here’s the flip: when you’re building bold, free, unapologetically, people will talk anyway. They’ll whisper, they’ll twist, they’ll try to shrink you down.

Let them. That’s not your weight to carry.

Your job is to keep creating something so real, so unshakable, that the only thing left for them to do is watch.

So build your own story — and make it worth telling.

What's stuck with you?

I'd love to hear it — drop me a quick note.
