It was created to offer real tools, calm structure, and honest conversation about overwhelm, overthinking, anxiety, burnout, and mental loops — without pretending it’s simple.

About Me

Hi, I’m Kate.

I live in Greece. I make coffee before I can think.

 

I work with people whose minds move faster than their momentum.

People who feel mentally overloaded, stuck in repeating thought loops, and unsure where to begin.

 

I built A Mind Full because I needed a place to put spiraling thoughts that were blocking forward movement — not to analyze them endlessly, but to work with them.

 

I’ve always been someone who thinks deeply, notices patterns, and reworks ideas until they make sense. That intensity can be powerful — and it can also become overwhelming when there’s no structure to hold it.

 

This space reflects how I think and how I work: clear, grounded, and focused on movement over noise.

What changed

Over time, I started paying attention to what actually helped — and learning how to translate that into practical tools.

​

And that’s where the focus of this space changed —  into a place to interrupt the loop.

​

Today, I’m a certified life coach.
And this platform is where I share the tools, resets, and structured steps that help you slow the mental spiral and move forward again.

Not through motivation.
Through interruption.

Not through perfection.
Through one next move.

​

My work is practical, structured, and grounded in real-life mental overload. It focuses on helping you regain traction when everything feels like too much.

 

This space does not replace professional therapy. It’s a coaching environment built around clarity, interruption, and forward movement.
