Before We Begin

When I was younger, I used to read the Why Me? section in Seventeen Magazine — the stories people shared about their most embarrassing moments. I didn’t always understand why they moved me, but they did.

And some made me feel like maybe I wasn’t the only one.
Even now, I think that’s what stories are for — embarrassing moments, hard days, quiet thoughts, honest reflections — and sometimes, even relief.
Whatever the shape, reading someone else’s truth makes us feel a little more okay inside our own.
This isn’t a magazine, and I’m not a professional.
But here, I’ll share what’s real — stories I’ve lived, things I’ve tried, and what’s helped along the way.
Maybe you’ll find pieces of yourself here too.
This is A Mind Full.
And this is where we begin.
